Orders are processed within 5-30 minutes of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays are processed on Monday.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed and processed.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Greater Accra.
Orders outside our standard delivery area may require special arrangement — contact us before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and begin when payment is made. Orders placed after 6 pm will be processed the next working day.
4. Perishable / Produce Items
Because some items sold on whytebage.com are fresh produce or perishable goods:
Delivery windows for perishable items are prioritised and may differ from standard items.
We recommend being available to receive perishable orders on the scheduled delivery time to preserve quality.
5. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
